Venue Details

How big is the Venue?

We have 3900 sq feet of covered space which includes the pavilion, main barn, the back hall, and foyer. In total, the venue is 6900 sq feet including bathrooms, kitchen, and our suites!

How many guests can you accommodate?

Our largest outdoor ceremony held 325. The inside capacity for a ceremony is 200. The most common is between 50-125 people.

Do you have an area for a dance floor?

Most people us our beautiful pavilion. However, you may wish to utilize other areas of the barn depending on which setup you desire. The pavilion is beautifully protected against inclement weather. Your dance floor, or ceremony, will not be effected.

Are there outside sites for ceremonies?

Yes, there are two sites that have arches and arbors already in position, but there are other areas that are suitable for outdoor ceremonies and photo opportunities.

Do you have a bridal Suite?

Newly remodeled, we have a beautiful large suite with a full kitchen, bathroom, living room and dressing area available.

Do you have an area for the Groom?

Yes! We now feature a groom’s quarters where he and his groomsman can get ready for the big day and relax.

Decor & Amenities

Does your barn have lighting? Any draping?

There are 6 beautiful chandeliers and cafe lights inside the barn and 1 beautiful large chandelier in the pavilion. Draping and cafe lights are always up in the main barn, as well as the chandeliers.

Do you have any props?

We have 4 whisky barrels, multiple arbors and backdrops for use inside the barn and a well-stocked prop room included when you book.

Do you have tables, chairs, table cloths?

We have a total of 35 tables of different sizes and shape included in our rental.
5 wooden, multiple sizes, 10 5′ round, 20 6′ rectangular, 5 pub tables and 150 dark wooden chairs.
We do not have table cloths.

Do you offer air conditioning?

Yes, we do! For your comfort and convenience our barn comes with air conditioning.

Do you offer a kitchen?

Yes, we have a full-service kitchen you are welcome to use during your visit with us. The kitchen has a dedicated refrigerator, freezer, double oven, and ample counter space.

Planning & Policies

Do you help with the planning?

No, we do not offer planning services or day of planning but we will meet with you to help you plan out your layout and the flow of your day. We do not have a setup option, just a cleanup option. 

Do you offer catering services?

No, we do not cater. However, we do provide a list of vendors when you book your wedding or event with us.

Do you allow alcohol?

We have an alcohol provision. Information is available upon request.

Do you require liability insurance?

Yes, for every event. We have our terms for The barn’s set up through The Event Helper. Click on this link for estimates and information www.theeventhelper.com/#4SpbfD.

Do you require a deposit to book?

A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.
